1. Research about the topic
2. Define the concept (Title, Slogan, Details and Call for Action)
3. Start developing the design projects

TUTORIAL
As for our tutorial this week, we were assigned on recoloring black & white photo prepared by Mr. Martin. We were given a video demonstration as well as the slides to follow step-by-step.

PRACTICAL
After watching the video demonstrations and following the instructions given step-by-step, I then applied the same steps for the practical.
Part 2: Recoloring Photo B&W

Step 1: Create New Layer + Rename the Layer
Step 2: Select Brush Tool & Adjust the Size, Hardness + Colour the Face, Lips, Eyes, Hair, Short, Coat
Step 3: Apply the blending mode by applying either Soft Light or Overlay
Step 4: Repeat the 2nd step and color accordingly and repeat the 3rd step for the blending mode

Step 6: Cut the selected part of the background by using Quick Selection Tool and apply the layer mask + mask overlay

REFLECTION
This exercise helps a lot as it gives a better understanding on how to edit pictures from black & white to coloured pictures. I appreciate that Mr. Fauzi and Mr. Martin prepared us a video demonstration and the slides step-by-step. I never thought it's gonna be easy but surely it takes a lot of time and patience to get the right tone and color for the picture. Definitely, this exercise gonna help me a lot in my design process be it this subject or other subjects.
